All prior info can be found on the wikia.Wesker wikia profile~~After his defeat in Africa, Wesker was presumed dead by all parties involved, the news spreading so far and deep it was almost impossible to disprove it or refute the BSAA's evidence.But then, what evidence did they really have outside of Chris' claim and those that corroborated his story?There was no video from the BSAA body cameras or helicopter, no photographic evidence of a body nor even the body or what remained of it.Chris assumed he'd won and the world simply believed him... but he was wrong.Wesker survived, even if only by chance.Truth be told, not even Wesker himself was sure how he'd managed to escape certain death, but he had, and now he was keeping all his cards much, much closer to his chest.His body had been found by locals washed out by the erupting volcano in the ocean, burned and by all appearances, long dead.Knowing who he was and that an interested party was looking for him and his research, the locals sold what they thought was Wesker's body to the individual who kept him in isolation until he awoke years down the line.Initially, Wesker remembered nothing of himself; not his past, not his abilities, even his own name eluded him.He forced to relearn his own history from the individual that had acquired his "corpse", the person having done extensive research on him, much to both his chagrin and surprise.Over time Wesker did regain most of his memories during his time with the person responsible for his recovery, but there are significant gaps from the ordeal in Africa and the first year leading up to it, and as such, he's lost much of the knowledge he had regarding Uroboros as most of his research was seized by various governing agencies.Because of this, Wesker has calmed significantly, though the brainwashing embedded in him by Spencer still pushes him to fulfill that desire to create a new world order.He does seek out his research on Uroboros if only because he needs to understand how it's affecting his own body.Uroboros has stabilized his previous virus enough that he no longer needs PG67A/W nearly as often to prevent his abilities from atrophying, instead only requiring the injection once every few months.Wesker tends to manufacture PG67A/W himself through the use of the laboratories and equipment owned by the individual that recovered him in Africa, one of the bigger reasons he maintains his relationship with them.(Until more of his history is revealed, the following is speculation based on a great deal of research into his known history and studying his character)In Wesker's early life, he lived comfortably with his family in Britain, his parents completely unaware that a routine checkup had resulted in Oswell E. Spencer's interest in him as a subject for his eugenics project, Project Wesker.As Albert was not an orphan, Spencer had to orchestrate his kidnapping at a young and impressionable age, conditioning him through the project to believe that those involved in Project Wesker were his true family.His history, his family and even his real name were all concealed from him and any evidence was eradicated to suit Spencer's needs.When Wesker discovered that those in the project were not his family as he'd been led to believe, Spencer covered his tracks by having Albert told his was an orphan, something Albert deemed logical and never disputed.To this day, he has no idea how used and brainwashed he was as a part of the project nor is he aware just how much the success of Project Wesker hinged on his own success.His history, family and real name still remain unknown even to him and it's never occurred to him to dig up the truth thanks to Spencer's constant control over the direction his life took, even after he'd left Umbrella in pursuit of his own goals.The conditioning from Project Wesker has shaped and moulded a great deal of Albert's personality and the manner in which he conducts himself, but there are times his own personal beliefs and morals conflict with Spencer's conditioning and allow his more true personality to come through.This is especially true when he's coming due for a shot of PG67 or when he's been allowed to rest from his attempts to change the world.

He works with Arias in secret because she is working on a cure for his virus, informally dubbed the "h-Virus". He's the only known carrier of it. May be made mention of if he happens to come up in conversation, but Wesker and Arias keep his involvement with them to a minimum for his sake.

Wesker may make mention of his "partner" from time to time. This is the person that purchased his body from locals when he was pulled from the ocean in Africa after the fight with Chris and Sheva.He may not always mention them by name, but may occasionally bring up their last name in conversation if something prompts it.His "partner" is an arms dealer by the name of Amanda Arias; the adopted daughter of the late arms dealer Glenn Arias.She took up her fathers company when the estate was passed on to her in her brothers absence, using the funds left behind to amass as much of the bioweapons market under her name as she possibly could, claiming she was "taking them all off the market".Everything she does is reported to the BSAA and the DSO, with the exception of anything relating to Wesker in order to protect him.She has a vast knowledge of him and Project Wesker, having been used in Tricell's early experiments and found immune to everything.She was not directly involved with Uroboros, but she knew of it and its intended purpose, however because she was only 18 at the time and technically one of the missing persons, the BSAA released her when she'd been apprehended in one of Tricell's labs.
